Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Support Analyst (Legal) to support the General Counsel and the Senior Leadership team in the Legal Department. You will help define operational objectives, implement processes, manage budgets, and coordinate governance and risk activities across regional and global teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of business/COO support experience, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years experience in business management, COO support, operations, administration or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with ability to prepare high-quality presentations, reports and business communications.
• Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills with ability to prioritise, manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with senior management and stakeholders and support change initiatives.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with ability to review quantitative and qualitative information and develop practical solutions.
• Proactive, fast-learning with leadership potential and ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Counsel and senior leadership in defining and executing the Legal function's operational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Establish and implement effective operational processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and manage resources and costs.
• Oversee first-line operational controls, identify risks, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinate governance activities for risk stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders including COO, CCO, Finance, HR, Vendor Management, BCP and Cyber Risk teams to deliver operational initiatives.
• Provide operational, administrative and project management support to the General Counsel and lawyers, including leading or supporting initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Foster strong working relationships across the Legal function and drive practical, commercially focused solutions.
