Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in business support, operations, project coordination or business management.
• Experience in a financial institution, professional services firm or structured corporate environment is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, operational controls, governance and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support senior management in executing business plans, operational priorities and departmental initiatives.
• Coordinate day-to-day business operations, ensuring processes are efficient and deliverables are completed within established timelines.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational effectiveness and implement best practices.
• Coordinate management reporting, performance tracking and governance processes.
• Provide business and administrative support for departmental planning, operational reviews and special projects.
