Kingfisher Recruitment (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Operations Manager - Southeast Asia to lead its Singapore office operations and Legal Support functions.

This high-impact role manages a team of about 17 across Legal Secretarial, Client Services and Administration, with regional oversight of Bangkok and Jakarta offices. You will drive operational excellence, process improvements and AI adoption while partnering with Partners and leadership.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in senior operations, office management or business services.
• Experience in professional services, ideally international law firm.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute with track record of change and operational improvement.
• Facilities management and business continuity experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.

Our client is a leading international law firm seeking a senior Operations Manager - Southeast Asia to lead its Singapore office operations and Legal Support functions.
