Job summary

PRINCETON DIGITAL GROUP (SINGAPORE) MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable in-house lawyer to act as a trusted advisor to the business across the region. You will provide legal support to all divisions, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role covers contract drafting and negotiation, corporate secretarial support, and training on legal and compliance matters for employees. You will collaborate across geographic boundaries and help implement policies and procedures for

Qualifications

• At least five years of legal experience from private practice and/or in-house.
• Growth mindset with interest in both technical and commercial aspects of in-house practice.
• Ability to work independently and across geographic boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Be a crucial member of the legal department and the go-to advisor for the business team
• Provide legal advice and support to all divisions in the Region to achieve business objectives
• Highlight and manage legal risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide practical, risk-weighted legal guidance on a wide range of legal matters
• Provide legal support for business development initiatives in the region
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including agreements, procurement contracts and leases
• Help implement and enforce document review and approval process for documents such as customer and supplier contracts, as well as training the business on how best to utilize legal resources
• Keep abreast of and advise on compliance requirements and issues, and help implement policies and procedures for the group’s operations
• Help with management of corporate secretarial function
• Design and facilitate legal and compliance related training to employees
