Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Tenant Management Manager and Mall-In-Charge Leasing Manager.
Assist with drafting of Tenancy/Licence Agreements from templates.
Update and maintain Tenant Management System.
Provide management and other departments with relevant leasing reports.
Update and maintain Tenants' Contact list.
Preparation and collation of leasing reports.
Other general administrative and clerical duties.
