Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Lease Management professional to support the properties in the portfolio. You will manage leases, prepare and check lease documents, maintain tenancy schedules, and generate monthly management reports for submission.

You will handle arrears management, data entry, and communications with tenants, counsel, and auditors, ensuring timely turnover reports and occupancy cost analysis.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in lease management.
• Diploma/Degree in Estate Management or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage leases including preparing and checking lease documents, activation of contracts, tenancy schedules and monthly management reports.
• Conduct lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, and related lease management functions.
• Enter information into the system and maintain the database; monitor status of lease documents.
• Execute arrears management processes and present recovery plans for delinquent cases.
• Track security deposits and monitor turnover reports and audited sales by tenants.
