Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Leasing Administrator to support retail, office, kiosks and other commercial units. You will handle leasing administration, assist marketing and viewings, and liaise with tenants and professionals.

The role requires grounding in accounting or finance related fields; experience in finance or property management is preferred, with knowledge of tenancy documents and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, Business, Real Estate or related field.
• Experience in finance, leasing or property management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Good understanding of tenancy and leasing documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing administration for retail shops, offices, kiosks and other commercial units.
• Assist with marketing and leasing of vacant units.
• Arrange property viewings and liaise with prospective tenants.
• Assist with tenancy renewals and negotiation of rental terms.
• Maintain proper accounting and financial records.
• Assist with property tax matters and preparation of relevant documents.
• Liaise with tenants, solicitors, auditors and relevant authorities when required.
• Assist with preparation of financial and leasing reports for management.
