Job summary

BROADWAY F&B MANAGEMENT PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a proactive Leasing Executive/Officer to manage leasing for our network of coffee shops and food courts. You will source tenants, negotiate leases, renewals, and oversee occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of leasing, property management, sales, or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new tenants for vacant stalls through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct site viewings and negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and tenancy agreements.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate rental revisions in line with company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing leasing and operational issues promptly.
• Monitor rental arrears and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with Leasing Administration on lease documentation and tenancy matters.
• Work closely with Operations, Project, and Maintenance teams to resolve tenant and facility-related issues.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Support management in achieving target occupancy rates and an optimal tenant mix.
