Job summary

CTES Consulting Pte Ltd client seeks an Assistant Manager, Learning & OD to drive L&D operations in Singapore. The role covers LMS administration, budget tracking, and needs analysis to support HR decisions. Responsibilities include coordinating learning events, maintaining HR systems, and delivering staff development insights.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in L&D, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team spirit to work across divisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of L&D experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Review functional competencies for divisions.
• Learning Administration: act as Learning Administrator for HR, manage LMS admins, and address staff LMS queries.
• Create and update course categories for new and existing courses.
• Monitor learning budget utilisation and provide quarterly updates.
• Prepare LNA data and dashboards; support slide decks for HODs.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops and events (Leadership Forum, Learning Fiesta, etc.).
• Maintain HR Intranet and contribute to Quarterly HR Bulletin.
