Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is hiring a Training & Learning & Development professional to support needs analysis, develop training materials and coordinate programmes. You will manage onboarding activities, maintain records and assist performance management.

This role focuses on ensuring effective learning experiences in a technical environment. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in L&D/HR, with 0-3 years' experience, and strong communication and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in L&D, Education, HR or related discipline.
• 0-3 years' relevant experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
• Good communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
• Familiar with LMS and digital learning tools.
• Experience in technical, engineering, energy, oil & gas or industrial environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support L&D needs analysis and training programme development.
• Develop training materials, e-learning content and learning resources.
• Coordinate training schedules, enrolment, logistics and providers.
• Support onboarding, induction and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain training records and LMS.
• Support performance management coordination and documentation.
