Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a Learning Designer to create and curate learning materials such as elearnings, slides, facilitator and participant guides, and workbooks. The role focuses on designing programs that drive application and performance improvement.

You’ll ensure materials meet business needs, maintain the Training Catalogue, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective courses. Strong English communication and experience with Articulate/Captivate/Ispring are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years in training design/implementation preferred.
• Experience creating learning objectives and outcomes.
• Proficiency with elearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Ispring).
• Strong written and verbal English; ability to work with supporting markets.

Responsibilities

• Create learning materials including elearnings, slides, facilitator and participant guides, handouts and workbooks.
• Design programs focused on application and performance improvement.
• Ensure training materials meet business needs and close performance gaps.
• Maintain and update Training Catalogue.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce effective courses.
• Conduct Training Analysis to identify training needs and interventions.
