Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a learning designer to design and develop learning programmes based on competency frameworks and identified learning needs in Singapore. You will work with subject matter experts to create curricula and outcomes, and craft digital content such as infographics, videos and articles.

You will evaluate learning effectiveness, use insights to improve programmes, research L&D trends, and support transformation projects with design thinking approaches.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with experience in learning design, digital learning, curriculum development or learning needs analysis.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience in L&D, curriculum design, training or facilitation are welcome to apply.
• Strong planning, analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programmes based on competency frameworks and identified learning needs.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop course content, curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Create digital learning content such as infographics, videos and articles.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to improve future programmes.
• Research L&D trends and support the development of relevant, engaging learning solutions.
• Support consultancy and transformation projects using approaches such as design thinking and process improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
