Job summary

CGP Personnel is seeking a Temp Asst Mngr/ Mngr (Planning & Training Development, SSTA) in Singapore for a 6-month assignment. The role focuses on planning and delivering learning initiatives across multiple zones, balancing operational needs with development goals.

Key tasks include analytics-driven training improvements, quality assurance for accreditation, and managing WorkStudy programmes. The candidate will lead blended learning solutions and support global staff development efforts.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce policies and programmes.
• Experience in curriculum design, facilitation and assessment for coaching, learning or training.
• Proven ability to foster collaboration by building partnerships with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields and relevant WSQ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute training initiatives balancing operational and learning needs, including coordinating WorkStudy trainee distribution across zones.
• Support research and benchmarking studies for learning initiatives and industry best practices.
• Manage quality assurance for accreditation requirements and workplace certification processes.
• Review training analytics and implement documentation systems to track effectiveness.
• Support policy reviews through data-driven insight.
• Design and execute blended learning solutions leveraging data analytics and adaptive technologies.
