Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Learning & Development Executive (1-Year Contract) in Singapore. The role focuses on end-to-end training administration for CRE and FM, including scheduling, records, and subsidy claims.

The successful candidate will manage Workday Learning and other platforms, produce compliance reports, and support the wider L&D team while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning, training, HR or administrative functions.
• Experience processing grants, subsidies or funding claims would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning or other LMS platforms is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer CRE and FM learning programmes; manage enrolments, communications and attendance records.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Learning and other learning platforms; generate reports.
• Manage training grant and subsidy applications and supporting documentation.
• Monitor mandatory training, certification and licence requirements; support audits and compliance reporting.
• Provide operational support to the wider Learning & Development team.
