Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking a Leadership and Organization Development support professional on a 6-month contract. You will create and manage course items, classes, and collections on the Learning Management System (LMS), enroll staff in classes, update learning histories, and assist with migration of historical data and training reports.

This on-site role requires more than 1 year of experience and familiarity with SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of working experience.
• Experience using SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage course items, classes, and collections on the LMS.
• Maintain and update the course master list; enroll staff in classes and update learning history for completed courses.
• Assist with migration of historical learning data and generate training application reports as requested.
• Respond to general staff queries received through the Learning mailbox.
• Provide administrative support in codifying competencies into templates and assist in logistics for in-person training sessions, including invitations, venue setup, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
