Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of training programmes (design EDM collaterals, setup classroom, confirm emails).
• Coordinate Learning Awards application, consolidate submissions and schedule panel interviews.
• Monitor registration for L&D programmes.
• Liaise with GSS on invoicing and payment processing.
• Facilitate payment of internship allowance.
• Update and maintain data in the L&D dashboard.
• Assist administration of L&D projects and initiatives.
• Support coordination of employee engagement programmes.
