Job summary

EQUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Training Coordinator to support learning and development initiatives across the organisation. You will help plan and run training sessions, coordinate venues (virtual and physical), and prepare materials.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building a strong team by supporting learning and development initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and structured learning journeys.
• Identify development needs with leaders and address training gaps.
• Manage scheduling, venue arrangements (virtual and physical), and training materials.
• Track attendance, gather feedback, and monitor training effectiveness.
• Create engaging training communications and learning content.
• Support internal trainers and coordinate with external facilitators when required.
• Champion a continuous learning culture across the organisation.
• Develop strong organisational skills in a people-focused, collaborative environment.
• Contribute directly to team excellence and individual professional growth.
