Job summary

YCH Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive L&D Programme Support to assist in implementing learning initiatives, coordinating programmes, and maintaining records. You will engage with stakeholders to identify needs and help maintain competency frameworks and development plans.

You will coordinate training logistics, onboarding for new hires, and track progress within the LMS, including grant administration and evaluation data for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/OD related disciplines or equivalent.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning operations.
• Familiarity with competency development and training grant administration is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years (Executive) or 4 years (Senior Executive) in L&D or HR-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of L&D, Talent Development, and Capability Building initiatives.
• Assist in identifying learning needs and competency gaps through stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain competency frameworks, learning roadmaps, and development plans.
• Coordinate training programmes, registrations, scheduling, logistics, and attendance.
• Support onboarding for new hires, trainees, and interns (physical and virtual).
• Maintain LMS records, certifications, and evaluation data; support grant applications.
• Monitor learning journeys, milestones, and development outcomes; provide guidance to participants.
• Prepare programme evaluations, reports, and support continuous improvement.
