Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Learning Program Executive to coordinate funded training programmes from start to finish.

The role prioritises precise execution, proactive service and a seamless learning experience for clients, trainers and participants. You will manage end-to-end logistics, platform configurations (Webex/Zoom), enrolments and post-training documentation, while liaising with hotels and venues to ensure smooth delivery.

• Strong communication with clients and trainers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on-site or virtually via video conferencing platforms.
• Coordinate classroom setup, attendance, engagement, and assessments.
• Coordinate venue logistics with hotels and training venues.
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients' training departments and coordinate logistics.
• Collaborate with trainers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Create and maintain training resources on learning platforms for participant access.
• Configure sessions across Webex, Zoom, TPGateway and the internal Training Management System (TMS).
• Process online registrations and participant enrolments within required timelines.
• Review training records for compliance with government funding and grant submission requirements; assist with audits.
• Support ad-hoc duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
