Job summary

Certis is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence professional to lead Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and data-driven initiatives across security operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustained productivity and quality improvements.

You will identify bottlenecks, drive efficiency gains, and manage change initiatives with a focus on cost, service, and outcomes that protect people and communities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Quality Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operational excellence or related function.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and continuous improvement projects.
• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities, delivering productivity gains.
• Lead investigations into incidents and issues; implement corrective actions.
• Develop performance indicators and govern strategic transformation initiatives.
• Coach teams in problem-solving, governance, and change management.
