sanmina-sci systems singapore pte. ltd. is seeking an Lean Six Sigma specialist to drive process improvements in a manufacturing environment. You will apply Lean & Six Sigma methodologies to enhance facilities, mentor staff, and lead quality improvement initiatives.

The role involves troubleshooting, guiding CAPA closures, and delivering cost-saving projects within an agile framework. The ideal candidate holds a Engineering degree and a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.

Formación

• Minimum Degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certified.
• Proficient in Minitab or 8D methodology and lean thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Applied Lean & Six Sigma methodology to improve processes and facilities continuous improvement projects to meet organization objectives in manufacturing environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and making recommendations on improvement projects.
• Lead and facilities quality improvement projects.
• Drive projects closure to meet organization cost saving targets.
• Guide and mentor employees on Lean & Six methodology.
• Perform internal audits and follow through till closure of CAPA in the Agile system.
