Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Singapore to lead mid-to-complex improvement initiatives across end-to-end value streams in manufacturing and services.

You will facilitate cross-functional teams, coach on Lean/Six Sigma methods, and drive standardized practices to improve on-time delivery, quality, cost, and safety across sites. The role requires strong data-driven storytelling and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field; Lean/Six Sigma advanced certification preferred.
• 5–8+ years delivering CI / process excellence results, with cross-functional projects and sustainment.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma in manufacturing or service environments and coaching teams.
