Job summary

Certis Land Security (CLS) is seeking a leader in operational excellence to drive productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders to translate data into practical improvements while embedding continuous improvement across the organisation.

Responsibilities include leading Lean Six Sigma projects, investigating root causes of incidents and audit findings, and establishing quality frameworks to ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ability to translate data and insights into practical improvements.
• Strong governance, risk management, and change adoption skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and service gaps; deliver improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and customer experience.
• Lead root cause investigations into incidents, complaints, audits, and process failures; implement corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and continuous improvement projects from opportunity through sustainment.
• Establish and review performance indicators; use data to prioritise opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
• Provide governance for strategic transformation initiatives including risk management and transition to BAU.
• Develop process standards, controls, and quality frameworks to strengthen consistency and compliance.
• Coach managers and frontline teams in Lean Six Sigma, RCA, and structured problem-solving.

Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you will translate data and operational insights into practical, sustainable improvements while strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.

• Identify and address process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, and service gaps, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and customer experience.
• Lead root cause investigations into operational incidents, customer complaints, audit findings, and process failures; develop corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and continuous improvement projects from opportunity identification through implementation, benefit realisation, and sustainment.
• Establish and review operational and quality performance indicators, using data to prioritise improvement opportunities, identify trends, and support evidence‑based decision‑making.
• Provide governance and assurance for strategic transformation initiatives, including risk management, operational readiness, benefit tracking, change adoption, and transition into business‑as‑usual operations.
• Develop process standards, controls, and quality frameworks that strengthen consistency, compliance, and service performance across operations.
• Coach managers and frontline teams in Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, performance management, and structured problem‑solving to build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
