Certis is seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to own the operational and financial performance of designated projects in Singapore. You will manage budgets, forecast needs, and optimize resources while upholding contractual KPIs and service levels. The role requires driving Lean, digitalization, and process improvements across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver integrated security services and continuous value across engagements.

Formación

• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget, forecasting and profitability experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operational and financial performance of assigned projects, ensuring delivery against revenue, profitability and productivity targets.
• Monitor project financials including manpower costs, overtime, OPEX and resource utilization.
• Lead day-to-day operations to achieve contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive process improvements through Lean, design thinking or digitalization efforts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning exercises.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
