Job summary

Certis seeks an Assistant Manager / Manager, Operational Excellence & Quality in Singapore to drive site-wide improvement programs. You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, develop performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to raise productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or Quality Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in operational excellence or quality management.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives and delivering measurable benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and quality initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost, and customer outcomes.
• Translate data and insights into practical improvements while fostering continuous improvement culture.
• Identify process inefficiencies and gaps; deliver measurable improvements.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and improvement projects from opportunity to sustainment.
• Establish and review performance indicators to inform decisions.
• Govern strategic transformations including risk management and change adoption.
• Coach managers and frontline teams in Lean Six Sigma and problem-solving.
