Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of PowerBI and Automate is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently while being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in and facilitate the Lean Six Sigma program rollout, including end-to-end preparation for LSS training, regular communication, reporting, and promotion at the regional level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data sets, providing actionable recommendations to improve the program effectiveness.
• Participate in root cause analysis and employ advanced problem-solving techniques to address operational challenges.
• Assist in preparing and delivering comprehensive data and presentations to communicate progress and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret performance data, providing actionable insights.
• Support and facilitate of all LSS training sessions and workshops on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability.
