Qualifications

• Degree in HR or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in Learning & Development, especially leadership or talent development.
• Training certifications like ACLP or ACTA are a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement leadership training programs to develop employees for future roles.
• Collaborate with external trainers to deliver effective leadership courses.
• Use leadership assessments to identify skill gaps and create personalized development plans.
• Work with senior leaders to develop training content that drives engagement across leadership levels.
• Manage logistics of training programs and regularly review to maintain relevance.
