Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resource or related field is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, project management, and data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging learning content using Vyond, Canva, or similar tools.
• Self-motivated, meticulous, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute learning and development programmes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, communications, administration, and logistics.
• Design engaging content for in-house programmes and facilitate workshops.
• Collaborate with learning providers and internal stakeholders on programme development and implementation.
• Conduct post-programme evaluations, analyse data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor L&D progress and prepare updates for management.
• Support other staff development initiatives and projects as assigned.
