Job summary

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Human Resources, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, especially in leadership or talent development.
• Training certifications like ACLP or ACTA are a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
