Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) invites applications for a Senior Executive in the Graduate Medical Education Office to support the Residency programme and ensure alignment with national training standards.

You will coordinate accreditation activities, assist Programme Directors and residents, and manage day-to-day educational and administrative tasks to sustain high-quality learning experiences across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or training environment would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support accreditation activities and ensure compliance with training standards.
• Provide administrative support to Programme Directors, faculty and residents.
• Coordinate day-to-day educational and departmental activities within the Residency Programme.
