Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (SingHealth HQ) seeks a Senior Manager to co-lead planning, development and delivery of SCHOOL's courses in case management and integrated health and social care. You will coordinate faculty, ensure quality, and drive learner evaluation across classroom, blended and online formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in health or community career healthcare training.
• Experience in case management, care coordination or integrated care is advantageous.
• Familiarity with WSQ programme development or SkillsFuture Singapore accreditation processes is advantageous.
• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and assessment approaches.
• Strong planning, project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development and delivery of courses in case management, care coordination and integrated health and social care, ensuring coherent curriculum design and progression.
• Translate service and workforce capability needs into practice-oriented learning interventions, working with curriculum specialist, subject matter experts and faculty to develop and refresh course content and materials aligned with adult learning principles and SingHealth's educational standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned courses, including trainer coordination, learner administration and operational readiness, ensuring smooth implementation across classroom, blended and online formats, and managing delivery issues to maintain a high-quality learner experience.
• Partner internal and external faculty, clinical leaders, practitioners and stakeholders in course design and delivery, facilitating alignment between educational content and real-world case management practice, supporting faculty briefing and quality improvement, and maintaining collaborative partnerships with relevant departments, institutions and community care stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for courseware development, delivery and learner evaluation, monitoring training data across pre-course, in-course and post-course stages. Analyze trends, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend and implement refinements to course content, delivery methods and faculty support based on evaluation findings.
