Job summary

SingHealth Academy is the education hub of Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, driving strategic education initiatives that shape medical professionals for our network.

We seek an Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the education leadership team, playing a key role in HR, governance, and digital transformation across Group Education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably 3–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare or tertiary education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Organised, meticulous, and resourceful with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR functions including hiring, resignations and contract renewals for Group Education.
• Support Learning Needs Analysis and Education promotions; coordinate bi-annual Employee Engagement Survey.
• Provide secretariat support for GCEDO meetings: agendas, minutes, and calendars.
