Job summary

SingHealth is seeking a Senior Executive to support the coordination and implementation of leadership development initiatives within its Talent Management and Leadership Development (TMLD) team. The role covers end-to-end programme coordination, stakeholder liaison, and learning record maintenance in Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.

You will coordinate leadership programmes, support budget and reporting activities, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative team

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply and will be considered for the Senior Executive position; prior experience in Learning and Development (L&D) is an advantage
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership development programmes from end to end — manage nominations, liaise with trainers and stakeholders, maintain learning records, and track programme effectiveness.
• Oversee core milestone programmes, talent development initiatives for high-potential staff, and the Health Economics Management Programme with Singapore Management University.
• Support the Senior Management Induction programme and assist with budgeting, reporting, and process improvement projects.

What You Will Do:

The heart of this role is coordinating leadership development programmes from end to end — managing nominations, liaising with trainers and stakeholders, maintaining learning records, and tracking programme effectiveness. This covers core milestone programmes, talent development initiatives for high-potential staff, and the Health Economics Management Programme run, in partnership with Singapore Management University.

You will also support the SingHealth Senior Management Induction programme and assist with departmental budgeting, reporting, and process improvement projects.
