Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and organised professional to support leadership development initiatives, capability-building programmes and stakeholder engagement activities. You will help plan and deliver learning interventions, coordinate programme communications, scheduling and participant engagement, and liaise with internal and external partners to ensure smooth programme execution.

The role is a 1-year contract (extendable based on performance and business needs), with hours

Qualifications

• What the candidate must have: degree in related field; 1+ year in Learning & Development, Talent/Leadership Development or Organisational Development.
• Experience supporting training or capability development is a plus.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and implementation of leadership development initiatives.
• Assist in delivery of learning and capability-building programmes.
• Coordinate programme communications, scheduling and participant engagement.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, facilitators and external partners for smooth execution.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Support leadership assessments and feedback exercises; assist coaching engagements.
• Compile programme statistics and evaluation reports; track outcomes and feedback.
