Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support learning & development, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You will coordinate training programmes, manage HR projects, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery, while handling day-to-day HR operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Relevant Human Resources experience.
• Exposure to Learning & Development or employee engagement activities is preferred.
• Experience with Workday, competency development, or Canva is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training and learning programmes, including vendor management, enrolment, and programme evaluation.
• Support competency and capability development initiatives.
• Assist with employee onboarding and induction programmes.
• Organise employee engagement activities, town halls, and internal communications.
• Provide support for HR projects and day-to-day HR operations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth programme delivery.
