Job summary

Zenith Infotech Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Leader Development professional to build leadership capabilities across the organisation, from diagnosing capability gaps to designing, delivering and evaluating impactful development solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, design targeted interventions, manage 360-degree feedback programs, and collaborate with external vendors to tailor leadership initiatives that drive measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in Leadership Development, L&D, or Talent Management.
• Experience implementing leadership initiatives (360 feedback, coaching, development programmes) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret 360 data into insights.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable; comfortable learning new systems.
• Team player, organized, proactive and passionate about developing people.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership capability gaps and design targeted intervention strategies and learning roadmaps.
• Design, develop and curate leadership development initiatives, toolkits and content.
• Manage end-to-end 360-degree feedback exercises: configuration, onboarding, communications, data analysis, reporting and follow-up.
• Collaborate with external vendors and learning partners to co-develop leadership solutions.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for executive coaching programmes for senior leaders.
• Evaluate effectiveness and ROI of leadership development programmes and drive improvements.
• Facilitate leadership development workshops and sessions as needed.
