Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) PTE LTD. is seeking a Leadership Development professional to diagnose capability gaps and design targeted interventions across the organisation.

You will design and curate leadership initiatives, toolkits, and content, and manage end-to-end 360-feedback exercises with system configuration, onboarding, and data analysis. You will collaborate with vendors to co-develop solutions and provide executive coaching coordination for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Leadership Development, L&D, or Talent Management.
• Hands-on experience with leadership initiatives (360 feedback, executive coaching, management programs) is advantageous.
• Strong ability to interpret 360 data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Role

• Partner with stakeholders to diagnose leadership capability gaps and design targeted intervention strategies and learning roadmaps.
• Design, develop and curate high-quality leadership development initiatives, toolkits, and content.
• Manage end-to-end 360-degree feedback exercises - including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis, reporting, and post-assessment follow-up.
• Collaborate with external vendors and learning partners to co-develop and customise leadership solutions.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for executive coaching programmes for senior leaders.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of leadership development programmes and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate leadership development workshops and sessions where relevant, based on your expertise.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing leadership initiatives such as 360 feedback, executive coaching, management development programmes, and/or leadership competency frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret 360 data and feedback into actionable insights.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A team player who is organised, proactive, and passionate about developing people.
