Job summary

Job description

About the Role

You'll work across the full spectrum of leadership development - from needs analysis and programme design to 360-degree feedback exercises, executive coaching support, and solution evaluation - partnering both internal leaders and external vendors and providers along the way.

What You Will Do

Capability Assessment & Development Strategy

Identify capability gaps in managers and leaders, and draw up appropriate intervention strategies, plans, and activities to address them

Design and develop initiatives and solutions to build leadership and managerial capabilities, including producing related content and materials

360-Degree Feedback

Support the end-to-end administration and implementation of 360-degree feedback exercises, including system configuration, participant onboarding, communications, data analysis, and follow-up interventions

Vendor & Partner Collaboration

Work with external partners, vendors, and providers to develop, curate, and customise leadership development solutions

Executive Coaching Support

Engage and provide administrative support to management and leaders on executive coaching services

Evaluation & Facilitation

Conduct evaluation of the effectiveness of leadership development solutions

Facilitate leadership development activities and interventions where subject matter expertise and practice experience permit

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in learning & development, leadership development, or organisational development
• Familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools and processes
• Strong instructional design, content development, and facilitation skills
