Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) PTE LTD. is seeking a Leadership Development Senior Officer on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on designing, implementing and evaluating leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial capabilities across the organization.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful solutions, coordinating coaching, feedback exercises and programme evaluations to drive continuous improvement within People & Culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in leadership development or related field.
• Experience implementing leadership development initiatives and projects.
• Experience in 360-degree feedback exercises and executive coaching is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into interventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology to support delivery.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership development strategy and identify capability gaps.
• Design and develop leadership initiatives, content, and learning materials.
• Coordinate 360-degree feedback processes from configuration to follow-up.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate executive coaching services and provide admin support.
• Evaluate impact of initiatives and implement improvements.
• Facilitate leadership programmes, workshops and interventions as needed.
