Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at JTC Bedok Food City, Singapore.

You will supervise staff, coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to meet production and delivery schedules. You must have at least three years in warehousing or logistics, preferably in food manufacturing or cold-chain. Proficiency with WMS and adherence to food safety and workplace safety standards is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Experience in food manufacturing/distribution or cold-chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch).
• Allocate manpower and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor adherence to warehouse SOPs and provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products per safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams on needs.
