Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Bedok to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will allocate manpower, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to SOPs while maintaining accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). You're expected to have at least 3 years in warehouse or logistics roles, with supervisory experience and knowledge of food safety and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, FMCG or cold-chain is a plus.
• Proficient in using WMS and basic inventory processes.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
