Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our client at JTC Bedok Food City, Singapore. You will supervise daily warehouse activities, manage manpower, ensure accuracy of inventory and adherence to food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, maintaining WMS data, and monitoring KPIs. Working days are Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm with salary SGD 2,500–3,000 + PB.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower and work assignments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor staff adherence to SOPs and provide on-the-job training.
• Oversee receiving, storage, issuing and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through the WMS and perform stock counts.
