Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at Bedok, Singapore. You will supervise staff, allocate tasks, and ensure accurate inventory control using the WMS, while maintaining safety and food-handling standards.

This full-time role requires 3+ years in warehousing/logistics, with preference for food sector experience. Working days are Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm, on-site, with salary SGD 2,500–3,000 plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily activities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain operations is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic inventory processes.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower and work assignments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor staff adherence to warehouse SOPs and provide on-the-job training.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, issuing and movement of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages and excesses.
• Monitor stock condition, expiry dates and storage requirements.
• Verify incoming goods against delivery orders and related documents.
• Coordinate picking and packing activities according to production and delivery needs.
• Ensure outgoing goods are picked, checked, packed and dispatched timely.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Business Development and Logistics teams on operational needs.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of food products per safety and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain appropriate temperature for chilled and frozen products.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and proper manual handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas and equipment.
• Maintain warehouse records and reports; monitor KPIs.
