Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an On-site Lead / Supervisor to manage daily hub-level operations, assign work, and ensure SLA compliance.

You will serve as the primary client contact at the site, overseeing quality control, documentation, and coordination with warehouse partners. Key responsibilities include daily workflow management, QC checks, rapid escalation handling, and liaison with warehouse vendors to ensure inventory handovers and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in warehouse, production, or data center environment.
• Strong familiarity with inventory management systems and tracking software (e.g., ProcureAnt or equivalent ERP/WMS).
• Experience handling high-priority (P0/P1) operational escalations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for quality control and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage daily workflow, queue prioritization, and task assignments to ensure hub-level SLA compliance.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Perform QC spot checks, validate updates (ProcureAnt), and ensure meticulous documentation accuracy.
• Escalation Handling: Serve as the first line of defense for operational issues; manage and resolve P0/P1 escalations swiftly.
• Warehouse & Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with the warehouse vendor for inventory handovers, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Site Readiness: Oversees packaging inventory, ensures workstation readiness, monitors WO updates, and generates daily/weekly site performance reports.

The Supervisor acts as the primary operational point of contact for the client at the site level, overseeing quality control, documentation accuracy, and coordination with warehouse partners.

• Quality Control & Compliance: Perform Quality Control (QC) spot checks, validate proprietary system updates (ProcureAnt), and ensure meticulous documentation accuracy.
• Escalation Handling: Serve as the first line of defense for operational issues; manage and resolve P0/P1 escalations swiftly.
• Warehouse & Logistics Liaison: Coordinate directly with the warehouse vendor for inventory handovers, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Site Readiness: Oversees packaging inventory, ensures workstation readiness, monitors Work Order (WO) updates, and generates daily/weekly site performance reports.
