QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Logistics Team Lead to supervise a team of Logistics Assistants and drive warehouse operations in Singapore. You will coordinate daily tasks, oversee KPI attainment, safety compliance, and service quality with customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing/logistics, with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and hands-on WMS and SAP experience for efficient inventory and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Logistics Assistants to ensure smooth execution of daily warehouse operations.
• Drive the team to achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues promptly in accordance with company policies.
• Train, coach, and develop new and existing team members to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Manage and execute ad-hoc logistics projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and counseling to achieve expected outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Effectively communicate departmental updates, operational changes, and business objectives to the team.
• Oversee inventory management activities using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and customers' SAP systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing submission with complete supporting documentation.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Maintain proper custody, traceability, and documentation of customer records and operational documents.
• Monitor and update operational metrics, including KPI measurements, order management, and turnaround time performance.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly KPI reports.
• Maintain consistent achievement of KPI targets and proactively recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Support management in implementing best practices to improve productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency across warehouse operations.

Preferred Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehousing and logistics experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and SAP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
