Job summary

KLA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatching. The role manages 3PL performance, coordinates with production and planning, and ensures inventory accuracy and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead warehouse staff, optimize material flow, and implement improvements to meet delivery deadlines. Bachelor's in Logistics Management and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics/warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proven project management, planning, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Deep understanding of warehouse best practices and inventory control.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with safety compliance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments.
• Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates.
• Coordinate with productions, buyers, and planners to answer workflow questions.
• Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed when operating machinery.
• Manage warehouse management systems to optimize inventory flow and meet deadlines.
• Oversee 3PL performance and liaise with transport providers and buyers/planners.
• Support continuous improvement in products and processes.
