Job summary

Aramex International Logistics Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and returns processing. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns processing.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and meet SLAs.
• Monitor workflow and allocate manpower to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with transportation and customer service for smooth order fulfillment.
• Support onboarding of new customers and operational processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to meet targets.
• Manage KPIs like order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, on-time shipments, and dock-to-stock time.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements and support warehouse system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
• Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor workflow and allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Support implementation of new customer onboarding and operational processes.

Inventory Control

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and adherence to inventory management procedures.
• Monitor inventory KPI performance and reporting.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse associates to achieve operational targets.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
• Monitor employee performance and provide training, guidance, and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability.

Customer Service & KPI Management

• Ensure customer requirements and service expectations are consistently met.
• Monitor key operational KPIs such as:
  • Order accuracy
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Productivity rates
  • On-time shipment performance
  • Dock-to-stock turnaround time
• Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety standards, warehouse operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure prompt resolution of identified risks.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in accordance with customer and company requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and compliance with 5S practices.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Support warehouse system enhancements and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within a 3PL or contract logistics environment.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience managing warehouse personnel.
• Experience handling multi-client 3PL operations.
• Experience managing value-added services (VAS) activities such as kitting, labeling, repacking, and customization.
• 5.5 days work week; Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
