• Assist in menu development, planning menus, creating new dishes, and pricing menu items.
• Track inventory, order supplies, and maintain sufficient ingredient stock.
• Train staff and prepare schedules.
• Manage kitchen operations and workflow for smooth service.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed by staff and in the kitchen.
