You will work with the Executive Chef on menu development, manage mise-en-place, ensure high standards of taste and presentation, oversee inventory and safety, and guide junior staff in cooking techniques and plating.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning and development.
• Execute mise-en-place efficiently; set up ingredients and maintain workstation.
• Prepare a wide range of ingredients with high taste and plating standards.
• Assist with inventory, check ingredient quality, and place orders for shortages.
• Guide junior team members on cooking techniques and plating.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitary handling.
