Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior software engineering leader to spearhead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI-driven applications and workflow automation platforms at our Singapore HQ. You will actively contribute to code, conduct design reviews, and mentor a compact engineering squad.

You will collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and manage cross-unit and vendor integrations to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of guiding technical teams.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with modern programming languages, APIs, databases, and cloud computing.
• Full stack experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to design scalable architectures and establish engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will spearhead strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI-driven apps and workflow automation platforms.
• Act as a hands-on leader by writing production code, conducting design reviews, and mentoring a small engineering team.
• Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
• Coordinate with internal units and external vendors to ensure integration and successful deployment.
